Assessments

You use specialized tools and equipment to do your job, so do we. No single software or piece of iron is enough to do the job right. It is the same with personal development. We are certified and experienced in a full-range of assessments. After careful discussion with the client and objective analysis, we create a custom development experience for students and the people we are coaching. Buyer beware when it comes to assessments! Are they statistically validated and proven. There are too many vendors trying to make money and not enough consultants trying to make an impact. We use only proven and tested assessments. These are some of the most popular assessments (there are more).

Center for Creative Leadership 360s

Emotional Intelligence

The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated Emotional Intelligence instruments on the market today. This instrument measures the interaction between a person and his or her environment, then presents results in both numerical and graphical form. The power of this instrument is in how the five Composite Scales and fifteen Subscales allow an EI feedback specialist to predict with amazing accuracy what behaviors a person is most likely to exhibit and to pinpoint the motivations behind the behavior.

EQ is a major determinant of success.

MBTI

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.

DiSC

There are a number of bad versions of this. Do you homework. Call us before you buy one. We are happy to talk about the options, and not try and sell you anything. You getting the right tool is more important than using our tool. Based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston, this is a popular, straightforward, standardized, and relatively easy way to assess behavioral styles and preferences. It is a great entry level assessment.

Dennison Cultural Assessment

The survey measures four key cultural traits and twelve related management practices. This gives you the baseline data you need to assess and strategize the cultural shifts your organization needs to make to reach your business goals.

The interpretation the FIRO-B assessment provides can increase an individual’s understanding of behavior in areas such as inclusion, control and affection.
